Mr. Kerr joined First Tryon Securities in 2020 as a municipal bond trader. His trading career began on the buy side in 1998 at First Union’s Evergreen Investments. He has also traded municipal bonds for Advisors Asset Management and Nathan Hale Capital. He is a graduate of Binghamton University’s School of Management and has been a CFA charter holder since 2002. Mr. Kerr holds his General Securities Representative License (Series 7) and Uniform Combined State Law License (Series 66).
